Avocado Salad Dressing and Dip

Posted by

This is a new recipe I recently came up with.  I cannot (nor do I want to) eat commercial salad dressing.  The biggest reason my products are all natural is me.  I cannot eat chemical additives or MSG or anything like that.  I have a lot of food allergies to boot.  It is quite difficult to find pure products so I have always made my own.  This lead to the creation of my company and my products.

I hope you enjoy my new recipe.  I tend to add more of the Dip Mix than the 2 Tablespoons listed here but I prefer things bold and spicy.   Use your own judgement on that.  :-)   You can use light yogurt or fat free but I wouldn't recommend Greek Yogurt.  Just Plain old Yogurt, not flavored.

Here is my new recipe.  Please let me know how you like it.

Sincerely,

Debbie Roberti

Arizona Deb’s All Natural Avocado Salad Dressing and Dip

1 Large Avocado

½ Cup Plain Yogurt

½ Cup Bottled Water

¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro (wash well before chopping)

2 Green Onions Finely Diced (wash well before dicing)

2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Arizona Spice Company All Natural *Dip Mix (Mild Medium Or Hot)

Cut the Avocado in half, remove pit, and smash with fork or in food processor. Add to a medium size bowl. Add the apple cider vinegar and mix in with avocado. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Keep refrigerated and enjoy! Simple, healthy and most of all it is natural!

*Dip Mixes:

I prefer Jalapeno Dip Mix in this recipe. It is a medium heat and pairs well with this recipe. The Green Ghost Dip (pictured) is also wonderful in this recipe but it is HOT.

The dip mixes we have are:

Mild: Green Chile Dip Mix

Medium: Chipotle Dip Mix

Medium: Jalapeno Dip Mix

Hot: Green Ghost Dip Mix
