1 lb Ground Pork
1 lb lean ground beef (can substitute ground white turkey Meat or ground chicken breast)
1/4 Cup Italian blend cheeses (Parmesan, Romano, Asiago)  If this mix is unavailable parmesan works fine.
1/2 to 3/4 Cup (depending on how spicy you want it)  Arizona Spice Company Italian Sausage Seasoning Mix (Mild or Spicy)
1/8 Cup Arizona Spice Company Italian Seasoning
1 egg

2 Tablespoons of Olive oil for cooking meatballs.

Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.  I use my hands but a fork works too.
(if  using ground turkey or chicken add about 1/4 cup olive oil for moisture and texture)

Roll meat in hand to a round shape (1 to 1 1/2 inch balls work well)
Add olive oil to frying pan and cook on medium heat thoroughly.  (no pink in the middle) Cut one in half to check for doneness.  If they are all about the same size it's easier to know when they are done.
Turn them at least once to cook evenly.

Makes 30-40 meatballs.  Add them to sauce or use for meatball sandwiches on a hot dog bun!
Ilike to add them to the sauce and simmer to blend the flavors.

I make my seasoning mixes with the intention of making your cooking experience as easy as possible and taste great.  These recipes have alternative meat choices because I know healthy eating can taste great!  The Italian sausage seasoning is slightly spicy.  If you are afraid of spicy use a 1/4 cup of Italian Sausage Seasoning in your meatballs.  The Italian seasoning is bold and wonderful. Not at all spicy.

You can use your own sauce, jarred sauce or follow this easy recipe for a simple home made spaghetti sauce.
Let me know how this recipe works for you.
