The perfect mix of fresh ground NM chili powders and honey for a great BBQ rub. Good on steaks, chicken, pork and shrimp. Marinate in the rub and some olive oil for 4 hours or overnight. This rub will blacken on the grill for a deep crust of flavor. Mouthwatering flavor!

So glad I tried this, a very welcome addition to my spices. I have been looking for a seasoning to add to meat before BBQing and this one is great.

I followed the rib recipe on this website. I used this rub and the Sweet 16 BBQ Sauce.
They were the best ribs I ever had. Tender and juicy.
