Just Add Meat. Traditionally made with pork but also good with ground chicken or turkey.
Lean and all natural, no MSG or additives. A great alternative to commercial high fat, high sodium sausage. Sure to please.
If you are using lean meat add a tablespoon or so of olive oil. You can also add a little water.
Comes in mild or spicy.

easiest sausage ever
This made absolutely the best sausage we had ever had. We used ground pork, your wonderful seasoning blend and some chopped roasted green chili. The end result was well seasoned, tasty and so lean. I can't wait to try this with chicken or buffalo. I don't see us buying sausage from a grocery store again.
