I first tried this at a Chile festival and have been ordering it ever since. It is hot bit. When you get past the heat the flavor is a great smokey flavor that you just can't stop eating it.

This is an excellent balance of flavor, with a solid heat index for those who like it hot! Most extra hot sauces lose flavor when you crank up the heat, and become nothing more than mouth torture.
