I first tried this at a Chile festival and have been ordering it ever since. It is hot bit. When you get past the heat the flavor is a great smokey flavor that you just can't stop eating it.

This is an excellent balance of flavor, with a solid heat index for those who like it hot! Most extra hot sauces lose flavor when you crank up the heat, and become nothing more than mouth torture. Not the Reaper! This has become my go-to hot sauce for pretty much everything. Eggs, pizza, chili, whatever! Don't fear the Reaper! Embrace him!
